 The
Boulevard Club is an adult community, (one
person must be 55 or older), located at 7701 Starkey Road,
Seminole, Fl. All condos are nonsmoking and pets are not permitted.
The grounds have a 24-hour secured electronic system, assigned
parking, 2 swimming pools and tennis court.
The complex is quiet and peaceful; everyone is very friendly
and you will make new friends quickly. As guest of The Boulevard
Club you are welcome to participate in all activities at the
clubhouse and pool area.
One of two pools you'll enjoy while staying at The Boulevard
ClubTennis court is available for your use during your stay.
Also available at The Boulevard Club are three laundromats,
that use Mac-Gray smart cards. The Mac-Gray card provides
instant convenience by eliminating the need to search for
coins. The card contains a computer chip that you can add
value as you need to. Each time you do laundry the smart card
will deduct the cost:washers are $1.00 for 25 minutes and
dryers are $.50 for 45 minutes.)
When you come in for your stay you will find a second condo
key, mail box key, smart card and pool key, on the dining
room table. The pool key allows access to The Boulevard Club's
swimming pools, tennis and clubhouse.
