Update to Rental Page: The Boulevard Club and Seminole Gardens is an adult community; one person must be 55 or older. The Itopia Residency and the house near Treasure Isle is an all age rental. Sorry pets are not permitted and all are nonsmoking Grounds have 24-hour electronic security, with Itopia as a gated community, assigned parking, 2 outdoor heated pools, car wash area, 3 Laundromats with each housing 6 washers and dryers, tennis court and an active clubhouse. A fence surrounds the community, with benches placed around the perimeter close to the fence line for seating; walking the area is six-tenth mile.

On entering the condominium on the dining room table find a second condo key, mail box key, pool key, clubhouse card and laundry card. Pool key allows access to pools, tennis court and clubhouse. On the table is a notebook with how to directions on opening and closing the condominium, local churches, golf courses and name, address and phone number for contacts.

Update to Rental Page: Use any one of the three Laundromats with the laundry card; cost is $1.25 for each washer load and $1.00 for each dryer load. Please do not leave clothes unattended, the next user has the right to remove clothes from the washer or dryer if stopped and unattended. The card contains a computer chip to which you add value and provides instant convenience by removing the need to search for coins. To add value to the smart card, go to the clubhouse, walk through the front doors, turn to the left, see the machine on the wall, and follow the directions.
