Tenant recognizes the governing association may adopt, change, amend or repeal rules and regulations for the use of the common area and property during the lease term. Occasional overnight guest are allowed. All guests are subject to the same regulations as tenant. Property owner written approval is not necessary for overnight guest. The office will issue tenant with a parking pass at a cost of $10.00, display pass on the dash area. At the end of tenants stay revisit the office and turn in the parking pass, the office will issue a refund of $7.50. Tenant must not assign this agreement or sublet any portion of the premise without written consent of the owner. The security deposit shall secure the performance of the tenant’s contract. If property owner claims any portion of the security money, a written accounting for the claim will be given about sixty to ninety days of tenant’s departure.
