POLICIES
Rental Information:
- No pets shall be brought on the premises.
- No smoking in the condo. All smoking must be done outdoors.
- All condo statutes, ordinances and requirements must
be complied with.
- Upon leaving, guests are expected to carry out all trash,
do their dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy
condition.
- A cleaning fee of $75.00 is applied to each unit, and
if unit is left untidy additional cleaning charges will
apply
Off Season Policies:
May 1 thru October 31:
After you have confirmed the availables dates for your stay
we will hold your reservation for 5 days pending the receipt
of the required 50% deposit, plus security deposit. The balance
of your rental charge is due thirty (30) days prior to your
arrival date. This policy allows time to mail the key to your
mailing address. Payments and deposits may be express- or
over-night-mailed in order to secure rental dates. We accept
cashier checks, certified checks or bank money orders. No
credit cards, please.
In Season Information:
November 1 thru April 30:
Please call or email
for In Season rental agreement. Security Deposit Will Be Returned
Within 30 Days.
Refund Policy:
Refunds minus 25% handling fee will be given if written
notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds
given without written notice.
Important Note:
The units offered are kept in the best possible condition,
but occasionally something will malfunction. We do guarantee
repairs will be made to keep each condo and its equipment
in good working order. Please notify us of any difficulties
you incur during your stay so repairs can be made as soon
as possible. |
