The Valetti's are not absentee property owners! While they split time between their unit at the Boulevard Club and their home in Pennsylvania, they are constantly in touch with guests using their units in Florida. When at their northern home, a simple phone call with any problems encountered by any guest is quickly resolved.

When in Florida, both not only oversee but also work at the units, fixing and improving them for their guests comfort.

Therefore, when you choose to stay at The Boulevard Club's units owned by the Valetti’s, you can rest assured that your visit will be great and if any problem arises, it will be resolved as soon as possible!
