Itopia Residency is a gated community
found between Tampa and St. Petersburg. The first floor, one
bedroom, one bath, fully equipped condominium found nestled
among elegant landscaped grounds and three lakes offers luxury
at an afford price. Offered in the bedroom is a queen-size bed
with pull out sofa sleeper in the living room for overnight
guest. There is a full kitchen complete with the latest whirlpool
appliances, dishes, cookware, silverware, coffeemaker, microwave
and full-size washer and dryer. Provided are linens, beach towels,
towels, DVD player, color TV in the bedroom and living room
with remote control and cable satellite. The unit is air-conditioned,
heated and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Offered
five days each week, door-to-door trash pick-up.
Berber carpet is the floor covering for the living room, dining
area, bedroom and hallway, with ceramic tile in the kitchen,
bathroom and entrance. Tenant has an assigned parking space
and plenty of extra parking for guest. Also available for all
residents is an assigned area for car washing.
On-site activities include two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis
courts, two racquetball courts, volleyball court and basketball
half court...
The huge on-site clubhouse has state of the art gym and fitness
center with a theater room with sixty-inch plasma screen and
surround sound. The business center has high-speed internet,
fax and copier.
Itopia is only a short drive to the premier shopping districts
and award winning eateries of Tampa, as well as the many entertainment
places of St. Petersburg. Close to Tropicana Field, Busch Gardens,
Lowry Park Zoo, Mangrove Bay Golf Course and Florida Aquarium.
Tampa International Airport is about 10-15 minute drive. With
a short distance to Tampa Bay Devil Ray Stadium, Tampa Bay convention
center, about five miles to the ocean and twenty miles from
beach area.
Paid up to the first fifty dollars, include electricity, water
and sewage. Everything over the $50.00 is the responsibility
of the guest. Phone service with unlimited local calling provided;
we suggest the guest provide a calling card for long-distance
calling.
The rate each month is $1,550.00 and Florida state tax
of 12%, plus cleaning fee and refundable security deposit. |
